This saber was purchased here:
I modified the blade retension screw hole but enlarging it to M4, and installing a steel threaded insert. This enables a stronger hold on the blade when the screw is screwed down.
I’ve also removed the Graflex style clamp from the control box button area, and loc-tited the internal screws holding the halves of the hilt together to help it hold sturdy when swinging the blade.
