Simply the most durable battery design in the entire hobby, a must for high speed riding. This 30s FAS Pack is our higher voltage offering, and with that higher voltage comes higher risk. To accommodate that, this pack stands apart from others in a few major ways. This pack is built into a strong, structural isolation frame that protects each cell, takes all stress off of the conductors & welds, and isolates each cell from the next with solid plastic through the entire length of the cell can.

Wiring is smartly routed through channels, keeping all electrical paths away from the compression of the box and from the rider’s weight. Especially when using a urethane/Kush pad, the rider’s weight sits on the battery, even if you have a support plate. This pack shields the wiring, the cells, and the conductors from that. More structure is added via splines that run the length of the battery, aligning and binding both halves together, and shielding the wiring and keeping everything in place.

Finally, rigid end caps cover the pack, and a cushioning urethane separator absorbs riding vibration, reducing impact stresses in the center of the pack.

The BMS is mounted directly to the structural frame via 4 posts with heat-formed threads, using coarse threaded screws designed for plastic. This removes the need to tape the BMS to the box, and places the BMS in a floating position, away from box walls.
